Charcuterie Workshop at Wine Bar

Service Description

Join us for a hands-on charcuterie workshop experience with Mallory Files for just $60 per person. Each guest will receive a 9x9" palm leaf platter to build their creation on, plus a matching to-go box to take their masterpiece home. The workshop includes all the charcuterie essentials, gourmet cheeses, cured meats, fresh and dried fruits, pickles, chocolates, crackers, and more. Mallory will guide the class through a 45-minute interactive instruction, sharing tips and tricks to create a beautiful, balanced board. Guests will also receive a 6-page recipe and workbook to take home so they can recreate the experience on their own. The full experience takes about an hour and includes setup and cleanup. Workshops can be hosted at our Fayetteville wine bar or on location anywhere in Northwest Arkansas.
