Each charcuterie workshop is about 1 hour, including setup, instruction, and cleanup.

Workshops are $60 per person, with all materials, instruction, and take-home goodies included.

To book, we require a minimum of 4 guests at the Fayetteville wine bar or 6 guests for a private workshop where Mallory travels to you anywhere in Northwest Arkansas.

You can host your workshop at our Fayetteville wine bar (minimum 4 guests) or have Mallory travel to you anywhere in Northwest Arkansas (minimum 6 guests).

Each guest gets a 9x9" palm leaf platter to build on, a to-go box to take their creation home, premium meats, cheeses, fruits, sweets, pickles, crackers, nuts, a 6-page recipe and workbook, full setup, guided instruction by Mallory Files, and cleanup after the fun!

Ingredients are pre-selected to ensure the best seasonal options and to keep the workshop flowing smoothly. You'll get a mix of cheeses, meats, fruits, nuts, dried goods, chocolate, pickles, and more.
