How long is the workshop?Each charcuterie workshop is about 1 hour, including setup, instruction, and cleanup.

How much does it cost?Workshops are $60 per person, with all materials, instruction, and take-home goodies included. To book, we require a minimum of 4 guests at the Fayetteville wine bar or 6 guests for a private workshop where Mallory travels to you anywhere in Northwest Arkansas.

Where are workshops held?You can host your workshop at our Fayetteville wine bar (minimum 4 guests) or have Mallory travel to you anywhere in Northwest Arkansas (minimum 6 guests).

What’s included with the workshop?Each guest gets a 9x9" palm leaf platter to build on, a to-go box to take their creation home, premium meats, cheeses, fruits, sweets, pickles, crackers, nuts, a 6-page recipe and workbook, full setup, guided instruction by Mallory Files, and cleanup after the fun!

Can I pick my own ingredients?Ingredients are pre-selected to ensure the best seasonal options and to keep the workshop flowing smoothly. You'll get a mix of cheeses, meats, fruits, nuts, dried goods, chocolate, pickles, and more.

How do I book a workshop?Just fill out the request form on this page! You'll select your preferred date, location, and group size. We’ll follow up to confirm availability and send you payment instructions.

Can I host a workshop for a birthday, bachelorette, or corporate event?Yes! Our workshops are perfect for girls’ nights, birthdays, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, team-building events, and any celebration where good food and good vibes are a must.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?We get it—things happen! If you need to reschedule, just reach out as early as possible so we can work with you on alternate dates.

Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all Ozark Charcuterie Wine Club memberships.

Age Requirement
You must be over 21 years old to be a member of Ozark Charcuterie Wine Club. By signing up, you confirm that you are over 21.

Pick-Up Only
Ozark Charcuterie Wine Club is available for pick-up only. We do not offer delivery services. You must pick up your wine and charcuterie packages at the Ozark Charcuterie wine bar in Fayetteville on the designated pick-up dates. No deliveries are available.

Adult Signature Requirement
An adult (over 21 years old) signature is required when you pick up your package. Please ensure that you, or an authorized representative, are present during normal business hours to collect your wine and charcuterie package.

Payment Terms
Membership charges will be billed to your credit card on the 20th of each month. By signing up for the Wine Club, you authorize Ozark Charcuterie to charge your credit card for each club order until you cancel your membership.

Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time prior to the next scheduled pick-up. Please notify us at least 10 days before the payment date if you wish to cancel your membership for the following month.

Non-Refundable Payments
Any payments made prior to the first pick-up are non-refundable. Payments will be applied to the first pick-up unless you cancel your membership prior to the pick-up, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.

Changes to Subscription
If you need to update or change your subscription, please notify us at least 10 days prior to the billing date. No changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Product Substitution
Ozark Charcuterie reserves the right to substitute a different vintage of wine or a different wine of equal or greater value in the event the specified wine is unavailable.

Responsibility for Pick-Up
You are responsible for picking up your wine and charcuterie package at the designated time. If you do not pick up your package, it will be held. Keep in mind, Charcuterie Boxes should be eaten within a few days. We are not responsible for a late pickup that goes past the charcuterie box expiration date.

Liability and Release
Ozark Charcuterie is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred due to missed pick-up or failure to contact us about changes to your membership.

Alcohol Laws and Regulations
Ozark Charcuterie complies with all local alcohol laws. Wine purchases are only available to customers over 21 years old.
